All content, software and materials provided through the services remain the property of 42Voice or its licensors, except for content you provide. You retain ownership of your own content and data.
Fees for services are as agreed in your quote or order. Unless stated otherwise, there are no lock-in contracts, and terms for changes or cancellation are set out in your agreement with us.
Our services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. While we work to ensure high quality and reliability, we do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI systems can make mistakes, which is why human-in-the-loop review is part of our approach.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 42Voice will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
